Cambridge-based venture mamoq aims to challenge “fast fashion” and “throwaway consumerism” by creating the ultimate online marketplace for the conscious consumer. Co-founders Madeline Petrow and Lenny Leeman work with 25 “clean and conscious” suppliers who contribute items like shoes, bags and clothing to their online shop. The venture is currently on the Cambridge Social Ventures programme run by the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation.
