Stefan Scholtes, Dennis Gillings Professor of Health Management at Cambridge Judge, comments on a growing NHS crisis, including the need for more money and better use of technology. He says that achieving transformative change will take around 10 years: “This requires a lot of change, it requires a bit of trial and error – not everything will work immediately.
