The article is based on a new study from the Energy Policy Research Group (EPRG) at the University of Cambridge, where Robert is an Assistant Director. The study is co-authored with David Newbery, Emeritus Professor of Economics at the University of Cambridge and Director of the EPRG, and Dr David Reiner, University Senior Lecturer in Technology Policy at Cambridge Judge and Assistant Director of the EPRG.
