Handelsblatt Global: Europe needs a minimum price on carbon emissions

The study is co-authored with David Newbery, Emeritus Professor of Economics at the University of Cambridge and Director of the EPRG, and Dr David Reiner, University Senior Lecturer in Technology Policy at Cambridge Judge and Assistant Director of the EPRG.
