It has been a little over a month since I returned from Cambridge from what I would call the most important experience in my professional career so far. This scholarship has been established to encourage and support ambitious women who are aspiring towards senior leadership roles […] Receiving my pledges in the post was a great reminder to me and yet another thoughtful way that Professor Sucheta Nadkarni goes above and beyond on this programme to ensure that the experience is kept alive long after the participants have left. There have already been some remarkable results across the group of 19 women.
