Timo Boldt, founder of Gousto and an alumnus of the Executive MBA programme (EMBA 2014) at Cambridge Judge Business School, talks about how fresh funding and new technology will help scale the business while tackling food waste. At the moment, 88 per cent of Gousto’s packaging is recyclable and the company has a one per cent food wastage rate.
