Timo Boldt, founder of Gousto and an alumnus of the Executive MBA programme (EMBA 2014) at Cambridge Judge Business School, talks about how he set up a food in a box delivery company seven years ago and on the challenges ahead including how to reduce plastic package. “We are now leveraging technology to reduce plastic by 50 per cent this year from an already lowered base point,” Timo says adding that team is also looking at novel alternatives to plastic.
