Professor Stelios Kavadias, Director of the Entrepreneurship Centre at Cambridge Judge, is interviewed in the inaugural issue of East Anglia in Business magazine. You shouldn’t assume you can take a wonderful practice from somebody else and apply it to your business. What really makes companies successful is to offer something distinct from their competitors.”
