Financial Times: Mind the gap: Business schools help women break the glass ceiling

 

The Executive Education programme, Cambridge Rising Women Leaders, seeks to help women overcome some of the obstacles they face when entering the workplace. Academic Programme Director for the programme Sucheta Nadkarni, Sinyi Professor of Chinese Management and Director of the Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre at Cambridge Judge Business School, commented on the programme: “We take a strength-based approach and say, ‘What are some of the skills needed in the industry and how can we make sure women are prepared for executive roles?’”
