Harvard Business Review: Will the 4-day workweek take hold in Europe?

 

Dr Thomas Roulet, Senior Lecturer in Organisation Theory at Cambridge Judge Business School, co-authored an article in Harvard Business Review on the four-day working week. The article says the idea of a four-day workweek “should be tested to see if benefits outweigh costs” as this would “help us understand under which conditions a shorter workweek might succeed.”
