An article co-authored by Dr Jochem Kroezen, University Lecturer in International Business at Cambridge Judge, looks at the craft beer industry in the Netherlands and how even small craft breweries can impact a country’s economy. “Our economy currently relies heavily on unsustainable industrial principles of mass scale, never-ending growth and throwaway consumerism. The transition to a sustainable economy, then, requires a shift in how we think about production.”
