Natalie Shenker, co-founder of Hearts Milk Bank social venture, says formula milk is damaging the environment while switching to breastfeeding would benefit the planet as it uses “few resources and produces little waste”. Hearts Milk Bank venture provides surplus milk to feed babies in need and was previously on the Cambridge Social Ventures programme at Cambridge Judge Business School.
