The book entitled Soft Skills for Hard People: A practical guide to emotional intelligence for rational leaders offers guidance on the emotional intelligence required to succeed in the 2020 workplace. Ut was trending on Amazon and was among top downloads in leadership and management categories in the UK and US withing days if its launch.
