In a response to coronavirus pandemic business schools around the world are adapting the MBA curriculum to satisfy fresh demand for new skills. For example Cambridge Judge Business School gives more attention to management of remote teams and its implication for leadership. “The office as we knew it has been transformed. This affects the social fabric of organisations,” says Dr Thomas Roulet, Deputy Director of the MBA at Cambridge Judge. “Some things are easier to do when you have physical access to colleagues, so it takes an effort to maintain positive human connections and organisational culture.”
