The Forbes article also features another paper by Dr Oğuzhan Karakaş and Professor Elroy Dimson. The working paper entitled “Coordinated Engagements” found that “a two-tier engagement strategy, combining lead investors with supporting investors, is effective in successfully achieving the stated engagement goals and subsequently improving target performance.”
