Navi Radjou, fellow at Cambridge Judge Business School, writes about wise leadership and identifies key characteristics on how the wise leader can be recognised. After many years of research not a single leader was found who embodies the six dimensions of wise leadership, Navi says. “Therefore, each of us must continue to deepen our self-awareness, and be more savvy when it comes to making decisions or interacting with others. Yourself, you can assess your level of wisdom, as well as your strengths and weaknesses as a leader.”
