Bloomberg: Coronavirus India cases: Active infections drop for second day

A new Covid-19 Tracker system for India based on a recently published paper by Dr Paul Kattuman, Reader in Economics at Cambridge Judge Business School, shows new cases have peaked nationally but some states still show increases. “But there is substantial variation among states and union territories in their trajectories, with cases continuing to increase over the next two weeks in areas such as Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Tripura,” the researchers wrote.
