Bloomberg: India may see surging cases within days, Cambridge tracker says

Paul Kattuman, Professor of Economics at Cambridge Judge Business School, comments on rising cases in India. “It is likely that India will see a period of explosive growth in daily cases and that the intense growth phase will be relatively short. New infections will begin to rise in a few days, possibly within this week.”

Professor Kattuman and colleagues have developed the India Covid-19 tracker back in May 2021 aiming to forecast the pandemic’s trajectory in the country.
