Professor Mauro F Guillén, Dean of Cambridge Judge Business School, gave a speech to the Rotary Club of Cambridge where he shares his thoughts about new challenges, British architecture, and how to take Cambridge Judge to the next level.
“As human beings we always find it very difficult to stop doing what we’ve done before. If you think how that plays out on an organisation, say Cambridge Judge Business School, if you want to take it to the next level you cannot just keep doing what you’ve been doing for a very long time,” he said. “So firstly, you’ve got to be realistic, second you’ve got to ask the right questions as opposed to rushing to find answers, and thirdly you’ve got to have the courage to do something new, to lose sight of the shore.”
