Financial Times: Women in meetings should be heard as well as seen

Jennifer Howard-Grenville, Diageo Professor in Organisation Studies at Cambridge Judge Business School, comments on the importance of gender diversity in top management teams. Quoting the Cambridge Judge study that suggests diverse teams improve performance, Jennifer said: “You want people who are socially focused and thinking about the community, and you also want people who will be assertive and raise challenging issues”.
