Forbes: Why leaders need to be more compassionate and benevolent

Dr Thomas Roulet, University Senior Lecturer in Organisation Theory at Cambridge Judge Business School, is quoted in the article looking at how organisations are shifting their cultures because of Covid-19. Deputy Director of the Cambridge MBA Thomas Roulet commented: “With the pandemic, we have realised even more the importance of empathy for leaders and managers to understand the contextual idiosyncrasies faced by employees affecting their headspace, health and approach to work.” As a result Cambridge Judge Business School have “integrated these issues into teaching, which in particular, is so crucial for MBA students.”
