Forbes: Women will come to the fore in the feeling economy

A study on gender diversity on executive teams co-authored by PhD student Shi Tang and the late Professor Sucheta Nadkarni of Cambridge Judge Business School quoted in Forbes article. The study says “men and women working together on top management teams – not “the-more-(women)-the-better” – boosts firm performance.”
