A study on gender diversity in organisations co-authored by PhD student Shi Tang and the late Professor Sucheta Nadkarni of Cambridge Judge Business School featured in Forbes. “In sum, the equal infusion of men’s and women’s social-role proclivities in top management teams, enabled by gender diversity, will foster psychological safety that characterises both mutual trust and support, and interpersonal risk-taking to openly speak up,” the study reports.
