MIT Sloan Management Review: How hyperflexibility can benefit – or burn out – your team

 

Thomas Roulet, Associate Professor in Organisation Theory and Deputy Director of the MBA Programme at Cambridge Judge Business School, co-authored an article in MIT Sloan management review about flexible time off policies and why they might backfire.

“The pandemic-driven shift to remote work has eroded work-life boundaries and caused an epidemic of burnout. If we can work everywhere and at any time, there is nowhere we can be safe from work,” the article says. (subs)
