We are delighted to invite you to join the South Africa alumni group leader Luke Alers (EMBA 2013) for this webinar with Ian Munro from Legitimate Leadership as part of this year’s CJBS Connects.

The COVID-19 pandemic has turned traditional business management on its head. Many companies have been thrown into crisis, and adaptation to the changing landscape will likely define survival. This is a time for extraordinary leadership… or is it?

Do employees require a new type of leader or manager? What do they value most? A company is, by definition, a group of people working to provide a product or service. It is not just leaders that are necessary, but rather a cohesive, focussed staff complement that is able to adapt successfully to this new, socially-distanced, world.

We hope you can join Luke Alers (EMBA 2013) and Ian Munro for an interactive group discussion around the research that Legitimate Leadership has conducted during the pandemic into what “Leading in a Crisis” entails, and what employees believe has worked (and not worked). The discussion will build on the more than 25 years’ work that Legitimate Leadership has done in developing more successful manager/employee relationships, and ultimately enhancing the company’s bottom line.

Please note the time of this webinar is listed as UK time, it will be taking place at 19:00 local South Africa time.

This webinar will be delivered via Zoom, and the Zoom link will be shared after registration.

This webinar is part of this year’s remotely held CJBS Connects: Worldwide campaign.
