Annie is the Director of Leadership at Wild Monday Resilience Ltd. She brings 20 years of experience in
the space of personal and team leadership development in both the NGO and corporate sectors.
She has served a diverse range of clients across Europe, Africa and the US. Annie has developed a keen interest and focus in her work around the business impact that senior and emerging leaders have in their management and leadership responsibilities, encouraging a systemic approach, broad stakeholder view and bringing challenge and realism to one on one work. She is also particularly attuned to the requirements of inclusivity and diversity in the workplace, and the need to maintain mental and physical wellbeing.
Annie has a strong business sense, is pragmatic in her approach, driving for sustained behaviour change. She was certified as a coach from The Centre for Coaching at New Ventures South in 2005, has an ICAgile Professional Certification, is a certified Enneagram practitioner and works with individuals in a coaching environment as well as facilitating broader team-based interventions as an Accredited Senior Practitioner in Systemic Team Coaching with the Global Team Coaching Institute with Peter Hawkins.
Annie does not adhere to a single model, working with a range of theoretical disciplines, using the axial approach to coaching. She makes use of self-assessment or mental models to support deep self-enquiry and driving to enable greater self-awareness as a basis for her approach. By exploring the uncomfortable spaces of individual or collective shadows, Annie works with individuals in their organisational context to unlock latent capability and talent that can be expanded and amplified to enable individuals to better navigate the complex business environment and find ways in which to consistently add value. Annie also works extensively with the mind, body, heart triad unlocking our instinctual responses and brining greater awareness to our behaviour in a mindful way.
As a keen runner and former triathlete, Annie believes in a holistic approach to personal leadership and development, that is required to live with conviction and focus
