An online, interactive and practical workshop on leadership at times of crisis including a fireside chat with successful business leaders.

With guest facilitators:

  • Katy Tuncer, Director of Coaching and Products, Horizon37
  • Dr Ghina M. Halabi, EnterpriseWOMEN

and guest speakers:

  • Peju Adebajo, CEO, Lumos Nigeria
  • Paula Dowdy, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Illumina

The crisis is creating winners and losers. But leadership is not a spectator sport. Katy Tuncer is coaching leaders to take control of what they control, to choose what to decide and when, and to deploy themselves carefully – as a cherished, valuable, and finite resource at this time.

Katy will share insight and ideas from her assessment of “what are the winners doing?” based on her research into crisis leadership and observation from coaching during lock-down. She will invite you to participate in interactive coaching, self-reflection, and break-out discussions during the session, to enable you to embrace uncertainty and commit to your own leadership practices with confidence.

This will be followed by a fireside chat with two successful business leaders Peju Adebajo, CEO at Lumos Nigeria and Paula Dowdy, Senior Vice President and General Manager at Illumina.

You will leave with practical actions and ready to achieve the results that matter to you and your business in our post-pandemic world. You will also get the chance to e-meet our speakers over facilitated breakout sessions.

EnterpriseWOMEN is an outcome-driven and highly-focused programme. The workshops are tailored for early-stage women entrepreneurs who are starting or scaling their businesses. Registration is essential.
