In recent years much has been made of a loss of trust in leaders across all spheres. Is hubris – the distortions of thinking and changes in personality associated with the exercise of power – a temptation to which everyone is prone? Professor Christoph Loch, Director of Cambridge Judge Business School and Professor of Management Studies, will explore the evolutionary roots of hubris and relate it to leadership performance.
