Join our cohort of MSt in Social Innovation students for an open guest lecture with Yvonne Lardner.

Climbing the corporate ladder is challenging. However, research shows that Black professionals in the UK are faced with unique challenges that can form barriers and obstacles to leadership opportunities. Masters in Social Innovation alumna, Yvonne Lardner will share the issues faced by Black professionals in the UK and explains how her research will inform her PhD thesis.

Speaker bio

Yvonne Lardner is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Sociology at the University of Cambridge and holds an MSt in Social Innovation from Cambridge Judge Business School. Yvonne is also a Graduate Associate Research Fellow at the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation.
