Professor Alan Jagolinzer will host a live interactive presentation on how networking can help improve career growth opportunities.

Many professionals fail to capitalise on opportunities because they do not know how to approach networking effectively and with purpose. He will discuss how using methods, that draw from fundamental psychology research, can be used to earn trust and significantly increase the probability of efficiently developing career-changing and purpose-compatible mentorship relations.

Professor Jagolinzer is Professor of Financial Accounting and Head of Accounting Faculty Subject Group at Cambridge Judge Business School. He is a member of the editorial boards of The Accounting Review and The Journal of International Accounting Research. In 2015, he was a Fellow of the International Accounting Standards Board, London. He was an Associate Professor of Accounting at the University of Colorado-Boulder and an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
