Panel member bios
Professor Dame Sandra Dawson
Sandra Dawson is KPMG Professor Emerita of Management Studies and a member of the CJBS Advisory Board. Formerly she was Director of CJBS from 1995 to 2006, one of the University of Cambridge’s Deputy Vice-Chancellors between 2008 and 2012 and Master of Sidney Sussex College 2009-2009 – the first woman to be elected Head of a Cambridge college founded for men.
Sandra has a long-standing interest in gender equality and brings with her a deep understanding of the subject from her experience in executive and non-executive positions in academia, commercial businesses, public services, NGOs and charities.
Tom Ujejski
Tom Ujejski is co-founder and co-owner of the UK based Tailwind Energy Group. He founded Tailwind together with one of his Cambridge Executive MBA classmates in 2016. For Tom the Executive MBA was a game-changer, and now he sits on the CJBS Advisory Board and until recently chaired the CJBS Alumni Council. Tom is an Advisor to and former Trustee of Red Balloon Learner Centres. In earlier years Tom was an elite rower and, following his own rowing career, spent many years coaching elite female athletes. He has been dedicated to gender focussed equality of treatment both in this role as well in other roles over the years, including as a Partner in a global law firm, director and owner of a business, and board member of various voluntary organisations.
Stewart Grimshaw
Stewart Grimshaw is a restaurateur and bookseller and Chair for The Monument Trust. Stewart brings with him a view on inclusion that works for all and relays the importance of EDI for the CJBS Advisory Board members.
Cassie Llyod Perrin
Cassie Llyod Perrin is Head of Strategy at Level 20 gives us the irrefutable case for business schools and industry to join forces in providing opportunities for women such as apprenticeships, work- shadowing opportunities and research collaboration.
Gina Warren
Gina Warren is Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at the University of Cambridge, specialising in Athena Swan, using data to meet diversity goals, and mitigating student awarding gaps.
