Mark and guest panellists, Lorraine Charles and Neil Prem will discuss how their socially entrepreneurial work empowers and supports refugees in our communities.
Lorraine Charles is a social entrepreneur and researcher and has completed the Cambridge Social Ventures incubator programme. She is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Na’amal, which links forcibly displaced people with remote work opportunities. The Digital Solutions Specialist for Finn Church Aid and a Research Associate for the Centre for Business Research, University of Cambridge, Lorraine is also a member of the MIT ReACT Advisory Committee and the International Rescue Committee (IRC) Technical Advisory Committee for ReBuild, for their East Africa livelihood programme.
Neil Prem is a career coach working with purpose driven leaders wanting to create greater impact through the work that they do. He has supported over 1500 social entrepreneurs from 50 nations to launch 500+ social ventures, businesses, and community projects. He is currently working with Ukrainian refugees to start new ventures in the UK. Neil is a regular mentor for Cambridge Social Ventures and holds a Doctorate of Ministry in Coaching.
