Beyond the pandemic: equality, diversity and inclusion

Hosted by the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation, Beyond the pandemic: equality, diversity and inclusion explores why we need to embed the values and practice of equality, diversity and inclusion within the different infrastructures of society.

Lisa Stepanovic is Founder and CEO of Social Ark, a social enterprise which enables 16-30-year-olds from under-resourced East London communities to develop social businesses by drawing on their lived experiences.

In her webinar, Lisa will share how, through a programme of workshops, mentoring and personalised support, she utilises the values of diversity, equality, and inclusion to create a springboard of positive action that results in sustainable change.

Earlier this year, Lisa was one of three winners of the Cambridge Social Innovation Prize, awarded by Trinity Hall College and Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation.

Each winner receives £10,000 each to develop the skills, resources and networks they need to scale the impact of their work, develop a new project, or pursue new possibilities.
