Pride @CJBS was launched in 2019 to bring together students, faculty and staff across the school in support of the business school’s LGBTQ+ community. Cambridge Judge, together with this initiative, work together to create a community that anyone can join and feel at home.
Throughout the year CJBS supports student-led events for and with the LGBTQ+ community, as well as organising recruitment events from those companies who support LGBTQ+ initiatives and run talent recruitment programmes.

We are proud to partner with Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) to offer this scholarship to two people each year who help the LGBTQ+ community.

After coming out, I made a promise to myself that I would give back to my community and be active in promoting LGBTQ+ acceptance. The Cambridge MBA has a record of recruiting strong candidates from military backgrounds and educating them in the broad range of business skills required to make a transition into successful alternative careers. Graduates from military backgrounds have gone on to work in companies such as Amazon, Google, Booz Allen Hamilton and leading investment banks.
The Cambridge MBA is especially suited to ex-military candidates, with its emphasis on practical project work, which allows students to gain first-hand experience of many roles and sectors during the 12 month programme, our global alumni network and our class size, which is designed to enable the powerful Cambridge style of small-group discussion and debate between our students and faculty.
