Intrapreneurship and innovation were a major driver for me to undertake the EMBA at Cambridge Judge Business School, as well as being part of the University itself.
Javier Mantilla-Florez

"After almost 10 years in R&D the natural step for me was to follow a higher managerial path where changes into the global electrical industry could be exerted not only from a technological, but also from a business perspective.

"I'd already realised that I needed to expand my understanding and views of the finance side in my industry; I also wanted to learn from people with different backgrounds and industries. Undertaking an Executive MBA is an excellent way of aggregating the value of different disciplines, represented by my classmates on the programme.

"Intrapreneurship and innovation were a major driver for me to undertake the EMBA at Cambridge Judge Business School, as well as being part of the University itself. For me, the most challenging aspect of innovation is 'the human factor' alongside the technical one, and this pushed me in the direction of wanting to learn more about management practice and behavioural aspects in big organisations."
