Research topic

In her research, Harshita is exploring the challenges faced by healthcare providers with regards to delivering customised patient care in a timely and efficient manner. Specifically, she is looking at improving patient experience through the integration and coordination between primary care and secondary care.

Biography

Harshita has a BA in Mathematics from New York University, and an MPhil in Strategy, Marketing & Operations from the University of Cambridge.

Research interests

Empirical healthcare operations; care coordination; primary and secondary care interface; continuity of care.

Harshita Kajaria is a member of the Operations & Technology Management subject group.
