Steven Grundy

(Interim) Director of Open Programmes

Steven Grundy is the (Interim) Director of Open Programmes at Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education.

Steven works with corporate clients from around the world and across industries and business sectors who are seeking challenging, academically rigorous, yet practical executive development programmes.

Before joining Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education, Steven spent 12 years working for the British Council in Colombia and Mexico. During this time, he was responsible for managing corporate training contracts, opening a new branch of the British Council in Bogota, Colombia and leading the successful teaching business in Mexico.

Steven has recently completed an MBA with Warwick Business School and holds an MA in Digital Technologies, Communication and Education from the University of Manchester and a BSc in Environmental Science from Lancaster University.

Hannah Main

Business Development Director, Open Programmes

Hannah Main is a Business Development Director for our Open programmes. She joined Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School in 2018, with a background in sales, events and project management.

Prior to her current role, Hannah worked in programme operations within Executive Education. She has extensive experience in both the Open and Custom programme portfolios, working with key custom clients across a variety of industries and sectors and overseeing the delivery of our flagship Open programmes – the Cambridge General Management Programme, the Cambridge Senior Management Programme and the Cambridge Advanced Leadership Programme.

Hannah graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2015 where she studied French and Hispanic Studies.

Adriana Baciu

Sales and Business Development Manager, Open Programmes

Adriana is a Sales and Business Development Manager for Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education. Adriana joined the Executive Education team in January 2022; previous to her current role, she was Programme Manager within the Open Programmes team, with the responsibility of managing and facilitating programmes across our portfolio. Adriana also worked with key custom clients within the banking and ESG sectors, as well as working with both individuals and organisations in areas such as finance, leadership, risk and strategic projects.

Adriana has a background in Learning and Development, with degrees from Hertfordshire University, England and the University of Oradea, Romania. Before joining Cambridge Judge Business School, Adriana had extensive experience in Hospitality and Tourism sectors, developing training and career development programmes, and leading L&D strategies for internationally facing teams. With her knowledge of professional development, Adriana is skilled with supporting individuals in developing their careers.

Marta Walkowiak

Sales and Business Development Manager, Open Programmes

Marta Walkowiak is a Business Development Manager for Open programmes.

Marta has a wealth of experience in not-for-profit, education and international development sectors, and has recently worked in Cambodia for the International Organisation for Migration where she managed donor partnerships and developed project proposals.

Jonathan Hudson

Sales and Business Development Manager, Open Programmes

Jon Hudson is a Sales and Business Development Manager for our Open Programmes.

Jon brings a wealth of experience in business development, marketing, and customer excellence through his work in the motorsport, property development and software industries.

Elena Shampanova

Senior Programme Manager

Elena Shampanova is a Senior Programme Manager in the Open Programme team. She oversees a team programme managers who are responsible for the planning and delivery of the Open portfolio.
Elena has a rich experience of project management, programme planning and delivery of face-to-face, live online and digital Open programmes, including our flagship Cambridge Advanced Leadership Programme. Elena works closely with the programme faculty, business development, digital and marketing teams to review the current programme portfolio and develop new programmes.

Prior to joining Cambridge Judge Business School, Elena managed and delivered a range of international education and arts projects working with such clients as British Council, Birkbeck, University of London, Roland Berger, Cambridge Film Festival, and Arts Council England. With a keen interest in different cultures and languages, Elena is passionate about supporting people and organisations in their learning, growth, and development.

Elena holds a BA degree in Linguistics and Cross-cultural Communications, MA in Communications, and MA in Arts Management.

Karen Archer

Senior Programme Manager, Open Programmes

Karen is a Senior Programme Manager for Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education, working predominately in the Open Enrolment team; she joined the team in January 2016. Prior to this she worked as the Events & Training Coordinator for the Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce.  Karen has a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from the University of Chester.

As Senior Programme Manager, Karen manages a team of 6 Programme Managers who are responsible for delivering and facilitating the entire Open Programme Portfolio. Karen has strong programme experience working with our Flagship programme, the Cambridge General Management Programme, as well as our Cambridge Rising Women Leaders Programme.

Director of Custom Programmes

Erin is Director of Custom Programmes at Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) Executive Education where she leads the team to develop and execute the strategy for custom programmes.

Erin previously held the role of Director of Alumni & External Engagement at Cambridge Judge where was responsible for Business School’s alumni relations and external engagement functions and strategies.

Erin has extensive senior-level experience in external relations and her background includes private, public, and not-for-profit roles. She is an advocate for mental health and well-being in the workplace, and regularly contributes as a speaker, writer, and podcast guest on mental health topics for organisations.

Nuwan is an experienced senior executive who specialises in innovation, corporate learning, and executive education. He has a strong background in learning project management in the consulting and higher education sectors. He is passionate about creating customised learning solutions that match the modern corporate learning strategies. He works with technology experts, learning designers and global HR leaders to design personalised learning experiences for senior executive audiences.

He has a wealth of knowledge in creating and delivering outstanding executive education programs in partnership with distinguished educators and faculties from around the world. These programs are designed for decision-makers and cover a variety of relevant management topics such as ESG, Business Model Innovation, Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, Transformational Leadership, Corporate Innovation, and Data Strategy.

He also has practical experience in instructional design, learning experience design, growth hacking, new venture development, creative communications, and lead generation. Before joining Cambridge Judge Business School, he led the executive education learning business at a big 4 consulting firm.

Agnes Mwakatuma

Client Relationship Manager

Agnes has 8 years of experience in managing a diverse portfolio of programmes and impactful partnerships with a demonstrated ability to envision, articulate, and deliver innovative solutions to complex leadership and organisational challenges. She has been recognised for achievements such as Forbes 30 Under 30 (2022) and HSBC’s Ethnicity Award (2020) for her work driving change as a social entrepreneur with expertise in launching and scaling a social impact startup.

Agnes is responsible for building and maintaining key relationships for several multinational complex organisations and is the main point of contact for these clients. She works in partnership with our distinguished network of educators and facilitators around the world to create and deliver executive education programmes.
