Allison Wheeler-Héau

Allison Wheeler-Héau is Director of Open Programmes, as well as Director of the Cambridge Advanced Leadership Programme, the flagship programme in the Open Programme portfolio at Cambridge Executive Education.

She is responsible for managing the Open Programmes business unit to ensure profitable growth, as well as for the successful operations, delivery, overall strategy and vision for the Open Programme portfolio. She is the programme director for the Cambridge Advanced Leadership programme and is responsible for its programme design and the successful roll-out and delivery of this senior management programme.

Allison previously worked at INSEAD for several years, always in the area of Executive Education. Her roles there spanned from programme management, design and coordination, to marketing, sales and business development. In her last role she was responsible for the INSEAD Advanced Management Programme as well as for a portfolio of Open programmes with substantial P&L.

Allison has a Joint Honours Bachelors degree in management and European Studies (French and German) from the University of Bath, and was selected to follow the Young Managers Programme at INSEAD. She has followed numerous executive education courses at various institutes.
