		Cambridge Judge Business School's Human Resources department is responsible for the full range of HR functions for all staff including organisational structure, recruitment &amp; retention, pay and grading, training &amp; development, employment relations and performance management. Reporting to the HR Director of Cambridge Judge Business School you will work with the HR Coordinator and the existing HR Administrator to provide a professional and efficient HR service including all aspects of HR administration. You will have previous HR administration experience and will have worked in a busy, customer focussed HR environment. A basic knowledge of employment law and principles of HR best practice are essential. You will have excellent administrative and organisational skills and be able to produce work to a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently. The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure is a prerequisite of this role.</description>

Cambridge Judge Business School is a highly ranked modern business school, located at the heart of an 800 year old University, with an ambitious and growing group of faculty in the Operations Group. The subject group conducts research across the spectrum of manufacturing, service operations and new product development using a mix of empirical and analytical methodologies. The successful candidate will have an established track record of operations management publications in leading international journals such as Management Science and Organization Science, and demonstrate capacity for research leadership and originality based on clear evidence of intellectual excellence including a PhD in a relevant subject. Experience of teaching at undergraduate and either postgraduate or post-experience levels is essential, as is interest and capability in executive education. The appointment will be from 1 October 2013 or as soon as possible thereafter.</description>
