This programme is ideal for people with at least five years' executive experience who are especially interested in the practical application of fundamental principles in key management disciplines, and how to apply them to improve decision-making within their organisations.
Professor Jochen Runde, Academic Programme Director of the GMP

You will be a highly motivated executive looking to develop your management skills and knowledge by engaging with faculty and an international peer group in an intensive and fast-paced learning environment. You will be ambitious and looking to take what you learn from the programme to help you make the next step in your management career.

With typically five or more years' experience, you may be moving from a specialist function to a more general management role, or to a more senior position within your organisation. The programme has been specifically designed to support those transitioning into new roles with broader perspectives.

The programme offered a great range of different subjects and views on a high academic level, thus providing to me a fascinating insight into matters which I do not deal with daily but which are important for my work. For me the programme has been a stimulus to increase my knowledge of the subjects of the sessions by doing further reading.
