The Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre’s eighth annual conference: ‘Breaking the Bias’ on 8 October 2022, offered an exciting day comprising of a keynote, panel discussions and workshops by outstanding industry leaders and renowned Cambridge academics.
This year, we were delighted to welcome as our keynote speaker, Demetra Pinsent, CEO of Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd In conversation with Ruth Kennedy, Managing Director, Kennedy Dundas.

The programme provided invaluable insight for all who want a deeper understanding of what makes successful leaders and how we can collectively work to achieve gender parity and an unbiased future for all.
