The Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre’s eighth annual conference: ‘Breaking the Bias’ on 8 October 2022, offered an exciting day comprising of a keynote, panel discussions and workshops by outstanding industry leaders and renowned Cambridge academics.

This year, we were delighted to welcome as our keynote speaker, Demetra Pinsent, CEO of Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd In conversation with Ruth Kennedy, Managing Director, Kennedy Dundas.
