There’s this amazing energy when you have all of these different people who are experts in a million different fields. And they just they come together.
In 2 words, a dream team– a complete, diverse, versatile bunch of people.
Classmates who come from all over the world, many different countries, many different sectors, from top, top, top senior managers all the way through to people who are on the fast track to taking over their companies.
We have so many nationalities, I think about 26.
More than probably 20 or 30 different cultures.
We’re the largest cohort that Cambridge Judge has ever had.
Well, it was very comfortable to have people in the class that look like me, people who are from where I’m from. I think the discussions were enriched by the different industries that were represented but also the different regions and cultures that came into conversations we had.
Various nationalities, various experiences, various ways of looking at life, of discovering life and of learning.
It’s just such a privilege to learn from everybody in the class and about all their different experiences.
It brings a very interesting discussion. And it helps you to develop a worldly perspective.
If I need to learn something about an industry I’m not familiar with, I can just ask my classmates about it. It’s like the best Google ever, or it’s like a database of information and also a community that never stops.
It’s that discussion that happens in class where people are saying things that you never thought of. And then you’re able to go back into your industry and try them out. That is the true value of what you get here when you compare to anybody else.
The sense of friendship, the sense of camaraderie. The network is amazing. Anytime anyone has a problem, you just have to raise your hand. And everyone supports you.
One can find a sponsor in the cohort, an advocate, a cheerleader, a mentor, a reverse mentoring opportunity.
We managed to learn so much about each other, about ourselves. We managed to share so many experiences and memories together. And now they are part of my family for the long term.
All of those moments are just completely heartfelt. And I’ll never forget just being able to bond with my classmates and my cohort.
The two years we spent together were very precious because it helped to bond. And now we have a lifelong friendship. And that’s just beautiful.
