INVENTORS: SUBMIT A PROJECT PROPOSAL
Are you an inventor with early-stage results or a prototype product? Do you want to find out if it has real commercial potential? Our teams of EnterpriseTECH students could be finding that out. Project proposal deadline: 16 January (Cohort 12).
Submit a project
EnterpriseTECH and EnterpriseTECH STAR are unique educational experiences geared towards learning about entrepreneurship. EnterpriseTECH is a team-based activity focused on experiential learning, whilst EnterpriseTECH STAR is for alums to start crafting their business ideas whilst growing personally as entrepreneurs.
We welcome applications to become a student on EnterpriseTECH from anyone anywhere, although our cohorts are mainly science and engineering researchers. We also seek applications from inventors with real-world commercial feasibility project proposals.

For Cohort 12, we have ten fully-funded places for postdoctoral researchers at Cambridge and places for researchers at Babraham. See Fees and Funding.
In four years, over 640 students (incl. 62% PhD students, 12% postdocs) have earned Certificates of Completion from EnterpriseTECH, and 130 inventors have benefited from the work conducted by our student teams on EnterpriseTECH. We have also progressed 54 EnterpriseTECH STAR entrepreneurs, many of whom have gone on to raise seed funding for their ventures.
EnterpriseTECH and EnterpriseTECH STAR are opportunities to learn about entrepreneurship in a practical way that fits around busy research-centred and academic lives. Our goal is to enable onward journeys to establish new ventures.
