My research uses theoretical models to study how information asymmetries shape financial markets and contracts. I focus broadly on corporate finance and financial intermediation, with particular interest in signalling, auctions, security design and optimal information disclosure. Across these settings, I examine how the design of financial contracts and market mechanisms affects incentives, information and investment outcomes.
