With the new series of The Apprentice about to start, and budding entrepreneurs becoming the topic of the day, Dr Shai Vyakarnam, Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (CfEL), has been invited to speak live on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire tomorrow morning (Wednesday 21 March) about the new scholarship available to entrepreneurs through Cambridge Judge Business School.
The scholarship is for 2012 entry to the Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship, which is a highly practical programme designed specifically for entrepreneurs to nurture their entrepreneurial ambitions and enable new ventures through an academically rigorous, directly relevant and highly practical learning experience.
Dr Vyakarnam will be talking on the Breakfast Show with Jeremy Sallis at 07:45 GMT on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire on 95.7 FM/96.0 FM.
Having worked in industry for several years before completing his MBA and PhD, Dr Vyakarnam has combined his academic interest with those of small business and entrepreneurship. More recently he has been asked to develop educational approaches for generating an entrepreneurial culture and mindset shifts in larger “blue chip” organisations. His main contribution over the past 10 years has been to develop practitioner-led education for entrepreneurship.
