Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
Take action on complex environments, social and governance issues. Incorporate ESG into your business processes.
Overview
As a business leader, you’ll have no doubt experienced the mounting pressure from consumers, employees and stakeholders alike to become more sustainable, both from an environmental perspective and a societal one. However, implementing truly effective Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) change can be incredibly difficult, especially if you’ve got a lot of people you need to get on board, too.
We launched our Environmental, Social and Governance programmes, designed with business leaders in mind; purpose built to ensure that you get the most out of your ESG initiatives now and in the future.
Hello, I’m Beth Ahlering, Director of Executive Education here at Cambridge Judge Business School. Here at Cambridge Judge Business School, in Executive Education we are acutely aware of the challenges that environmental, social, and governance concerns present in today’s rapidly changing business landscape. As world leaders in ESG and sustainable business, we understand the importance of equipping executives and business leaders with the knowledge and skills to navigate the complexities of more sustainable business practices.
As a response to the ever-changing landscape, we have designed our suite of ESG and sustainability programmes focusing on ESG leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion, circular economy, sustainable marketing, and many more programmes are being developed around sustainable finance, general management, and so much more. Our programmes are designed to empower individuals with the tools and expertise needed to drive positive change and make a lasting impact on their organisations, communities, and the world. Our programmes provide a platform for collaboration and knowledge-sharing, allowing our participants to connect with like-minded individuals and experts in the field, not only through in-classroom, but also online, and in scenarios which push people out of their comfort zones.
Through this community, we will foster an environment of innovation and creative problem-solving, driving meaningful change and progress in our world, as Cambridge has done for more than 800 years. We invite all those who share our commitment to sustainability to join us on this journey towards a more sustainable future.
This programme will enable you to develop the leadership and management skills to lead your organisation’s transition to a sustainable business model.
