Navi Radjou, a Fellow of Cambridge Judge Business School, has been named one of the world-changing thinkers of today by the ‘Oscars’ of management thinking
Mr Radjou won the prestigious Thinkers50 Innovation award for his expertise in corporate innovation and leadership, his creative approach to innovation and his skill in communicating business concepts to audiences around the world.
An independent thought leader and strategy consultant based in Silicon Valley, Mr Radjou was formerly the Executive Director of the Centre for India & Global Business. He is a faculty member of the World Economic Forum and has consulted with leading international organisations, including Ernst & Young, GM, Hitachi, IBM, Marks & Spencer, Microsoft and Procter & Gamble, on innovation and leadership strategies.
Navi is a sought-after speaker and a prolific writer who has coined and popularised several business concepts such as ‘Global Innovation Networks’, ‘Polycentric Innovation’ and ‘Jugaad Innovation’. He is co-author of From Smart to Wise on next-generation leadership and Jugaad Innovation (with CJBS Professor Jaideep Prabhu and Simone Ahuja) on a unique Indian approach to innovating.
Navi was also nominated in the Thinkers50 Breakthrough Idea category along with Professor Prabhu and Dr Ahuja.
The Thinkers50 awards go to “the thinkers whose ideas have shaken up the world of management thinking and have practically and inspirationally challenged managers to change their worlds.”

The Thinkers50 awards were presented at an awards ceremony yesterday in Drapers’ Hall, London.
