Cambridge Judge Business School Executive MBA students Max Silin and Meimei Zhao (both EMBA 2020) are named to the annual “Best & Brightest” list by business school publication Poets & Quants.
Max Silin and Meimei Zhao, Executive MBA students at Cambridge Judge Business School (both EMBA 2020), were named to the annual Best & Brightest Executive MBA students list by business school publication Poets & Quants, which is now in its 8th year.
The list honours EMBA students who “‘personify excellence’ – be it academic performance, extracurricular involvement, or professional achievement,” the publication says. “In top executive programs, every student is smart and accomplished – leaders in their companies as much as their fields. However, the Best & Brightest are the standouts: the go-to student leaders who are admired – if not adored – by classmates and faculty alike.”
Max Silin, who lists his hometowns as Toronto, Canada, and Almaty, Kazakhstan, is Senior Tech Sales Manager for Google, based in London. He said in the article that he chose Cambridge Judge due to three key factors: “diversity of thoughts and backgrounds”, that the School is “well-positioned to help me bridge my technical background and business experience”, and that Cambridge Judge offered “arguably the best cost/benefit ratio”.
Meimei Zhao, who hails from Hubei, China, is founder of Variety Plus PR & Consulting communications firm. She said she chose Cambridge Judge because she “wanted to learn how to best manage and grow my business within the creative industry”, and cited the School’s “diverse cohorts, forming springs of new business ideas and industry inspiration. And personally, I value the history and traditions of Cambridge University.”
