Professional history
Marco is the Global CEO at HLB, a leading mid-tier advisory and accounting network with combined turnover of USD 2.93 billion and 30,000 employees across 160 countries.
Before joining HLB in 2012, Marco worked with Deutsche Bank in commercial and internal consultancy roles, with several boutique consultancies as Engagement Manager and with the Cambridge-based startups Guestaurant, which he co-founded, and Magicsolver.
Society & charity work
During his MBA at Cambridge Judge Business School, Marco led the Entrepreneurship Special Interest Group.
He has served as Non-executive Director and an Advisor to the Board for several SMEs and startups since 2012, on a pro bono basis.
Marco earned his AI and Blockchain Strategy certificates from Oxford Saïd Business School in 2019 and his Non-Executive Director Diploma.
