Professional history
Mattia is Director of Strategy Execution for the EMEA region of Korn Ferry, a NASDAQ-listed, leading provider of organisational consulting services.
He joined Korn Ferry in 2014 as Director of Business Development for the EMEA Board & CEO practice. Previously, Mattia was Deputy Head of Business Intelligence for two online classified businesses at Rocket Internet in Berlin. Mattia has a financial services background, having started his career at UBS, Wealth Management in New York and subsequently worked for Clairfield, an international boutique specialising in M&A transactions.
Mattia holds a BA (with Hons) in International Business from the European School of Economics and, before his MBA at Cambridge Judge Business School, took a specialisation course in Behavioural Economics and Finance Theory from New York University.
Society and charity work
Mattia has been Captain of the Korn Ferry Movember initiative to promote awareness of men’s health issues.
