Participation and activities
You must complete the required weekly activities, assignments, and discussions to achieve a passing status.
Time commitment
Expect to dedicate 4-6 hours per week over 12 weeks (6 weeks for Mastering Change Management: Building Resilient and Adaptable Organisations, and 6 weeks for Executive Presence and Leadership for Influence).
Access
You will retain access to learning materials for 12 months after the programme start date.
Delivery
Certificates are issued in verified digital format only (no hard copies) and sent about 2 weeks after programme completion.
GMCA credits
This programme counts toward the Cambridge General Management Certificate of Achievement (GMCA) and is credited as an in-person 4-day programme.

Upon successful completion, you will receive:

Our fully online programmes run over the course of multiple weeks, allowing you the greatest level of flexibility as to where and when you study. The learning is carefully structured in weekly components through a mix of curated videos, live webinars with Cambridge faculty plus Q&A sessions with Live Chat, assignments and discussions. Individual support is available through course Leaders and a dedicated Programme Support Team. Our online programmes are delivered in collaboration with either Eruditus Executive Education or the Emeritus Institute of Management.
